Story

The wheat is first washed, then cooked, hedik is made, then the boiled hedik is dried, the wheat is placed on these mortar stones and beaten. The husks from the wheat were tossed, and after they were dried, bulgur was obtained by placing them on the bottom. When the wheat (gendume) is whole, it is made a keskek, and when it is half, it is a soup.
